Lympathic Drainage
This gentle massage technique can help stimulate the circulation of the lymphatic fluid and detoxify the system, in addition to strengthening the immune system. This technique is achieved with the fingers and the palms of the hands over the whole body by following the direction of lymphatic circulation and varying pressure intensity.
Lymphatic fluid is a transparent fluid that circulates in the lymphatic vessels due to the pulsating contractions of the muscles and blood vessels. Like a waste elimination system, it drains excess fluids and toxins. Nodes located along the lymphatic vessels, especially at the folds under the armpits and on either side of the neck, allow the lymphatic fluid to be filtered to eliminate toxins and debris. When lymphatic circulation is deficient, the immune system can weaken and become toxic, which increases the risk of different health problems, including: swelling of the limbs, premature aging, cellulite, heavy legs, stretch marks, etc.
